Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add in the shredded Gruyère cheese, chopped bacon, and onion, stirring until everything is evenly mixed.
